This week our focus is on new spaces. What new spaces do you find yourself in this new year? When you enter a new space, what happens inside of you? Does anxiety creep in in the form of control or excessive chattering or simply increased heart rate or leg bounding? Or do you tend to escape inside, looking at your phone or looking down, crossing your arms, going to the bathroom. Just notice and be kind and curious to yourself.
